These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.


2. Products & Accuracy

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, colours, textures and other details are as accurate as possible. However, minor variations in colour, fit, finish, texture or appearance may occur due to manufacturing processes, lighting conditions during photography, image editing, and differences in how colours are displayed on monitors, phones and other screens.

Product images are for illustrative purposes and are intended to represent the garment as closely as possible. The actual colour, texture and appearance of the physical garment may therefore vary slightly from what is shown on screen.

We reserve the right to correct errors or inaccuracies in product information where necessary and without liability.

 

3. Prices & Payment

  • All prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable

  • Prices may change without notice

  • Orders are processed only after full payment is received


4. Order Acceptance

A contract is formed only when your order is dispatched.

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse or cancel orders

  • Limit quantities per customer or household

  • Cancel orders suspected of fraud or abuse


5. Risk & Ownership

Risk passes to you upon delivery.
Ownership remains with Clobber & Gear Ltd until payment is received in full.


6. Fair Use, Fraud & Chargebacks

If a chargeback or dispute is raised without contacting us first, we reserve the right to:

  • Suspend your account

  • Refuse future orders

  • Recover reasonable administrative and legal costs where permitted by law


7. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or other liabilities that cannot be excluded under UK law.

Our total liability is limited to the value of the order in question.


8. Intellectual Property

All website content is owned by or licensed to Clobber & Gear Ltd and may not be used without permission.


9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.
