SHIPPING POLICY


Order Processing

We aim to dispatch orders within 3-5 working days, subject to stock availability.


Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times:

  • UK Standard: 2-3 working days

  • UK Express: 1-2 working days

  • International: 5-7 working days

Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed.


Responsibility After Delivery

Once an order is marked as delivered by the courier:

  • Responsibility passes to the customer

  • We are not responsible for theft, loss, or damage after delivery

  • Incorrect addresses provided at checkout are the customer’s responsibility


Lost or Delayed Parcels

We will investigate lost parcels in line with courier policies.
Refunds or replacements are subject to courier confirmation.


Refused or Uncollected Parcels

If a parcel is refused or not collected:

  • We reserve the right to deduct return shipping and handling costs from any refund

  • Refunds are processed only once the parcel is returned to us


International Orders

Customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and import charges.
Clobber & Gear Ltd is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.
